Today’s article was inspired by a question on of my coaches asked me while on one of my group mentoring calls. She asked me , “Carolin, how do you keep moving and taking action? It just seems like you are amazing at setting a goal and then you keep taking consistent action. “How do you do that?”

The reason she asked me that question was because she knew how many people were listening, and how many of them struggle with the consistent action piece. Most entrepreneurs struggle with it. Chances are, you are facing this challenge, too. For most of us women entrepreneur, life, our emotions, or lack of energy or self-confidence gets in the way of being consistent in our business building.

Now, here is the sad thing: in order to manifest anything, action is required.

Ease in your business comes from momentum. Consistent actions are what creates that momentum.

So today, I want to share with you my power tip for how you can stay in action consistently, even if you have almost no time, no energy, just had a huge fight with your husband and feel like shit, or your kids are driving you crazy, etc.

This tip will make you 6 figures and beyond if you use it, so don’t brush it of because it seems too simple.

Focus

So, here we go. Every day in the morning, sit down with your journal, and ask the universe what it is you need to know, be, or do today. Then, answer your question. Pick two things from that list of answers and commit to doing them that day.

To make sure that you stay focused on these two tasks, write each of them on a post-it note and stick them to your laptop or computer where you can look at them while you are working.

When you are done, take the post-it and throw it away.

Rinse and repeat.
Simple, right?

One of my business building mantras is: building your business is as simple as you make it.

This simple tip will help you create maximum output with minimum resources, time, and energy.

It’s how I have wrote and self-published a book, and built my business to where it now brings in $10-$15K in new and booked business each month.

All while recovering from chronic fatigue and creating a lifestyle that nourishes my health, my soul, and my family.

So, this stuff works. Now it’s your turn, put it to work.

All my love to you!
